A space to reflect
School leadership can be deeply rewarding, but it also brings competing demands, difficult decisions and the responsibility of supporting others. Finding time to step back and consider your own needs can be challenging.
Through one-to-one coaching, I offer a confidential space for headteachers, deputy headteachers and senior leaders to explore the challenges they face, reflect on their experiences and consider new perspectives.
Drawing on a strengths-based approach and positive psychology, our conversations focus on what matters to you, helping you recognise your resources, explore possibilities and identify practical ways forward.
Coaching starts with your priorities, your context and what you want to explore. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Supporting Staff Wellbeing
Staff wellbeing is shaped by everyday experiences, relationships and working practices, not just occasional wellbeing activities. Feeling valued, connected and able to use our strengths can make a real difference to how we experience work.
Drawing on positive psychology, I facilitate workshops and CPD sessions that give school staff space to reflect on their experiences, recognise their strengths and explore what helps them feel motivated and engaged.
Together, we consider practical ways to nurture positive relationships, support wellbeing and create a working environment in which individuals and teams can flourish.
Each session is shaped around your school's context and priorities, creating space for meaningful reflection, shared learning and practical ideas that staff can take back into their everyday work.
What might we explore together?
Recognising and using strengths
Explore individual and collective strengths, and how these can be used more intentionally in everyday school life.
Connection and relationships
Consider the importance of positive relationships, belonging and the small everyday interactions that shape staff experience.
Motivation and engagement
Reflect on what helps people feel energised, valued and connected to their work.
Practical steps towards flourishing
Identify realistic actions and working practices that can contribute to a more positive and supportive school environment.
Positive Leadership & School Culture
A CPD course to help to create
a positive school culture
Developing positive leadership together
School culture is shaped by the everyday behaviours, relationships and decisions of the people who lead and work within it. The way teams communicate, collaborate and respond to challenges can have a lasting influence on how staff experience their working environment.
Drawing on positive psychology, I work with school leadership teams to reflect on their strengths, explore the relationships and behaviours that support effective teamwork, and consider the culture they want to create.
Together, we identify practical ways to strengthen trust, develop shared purpose and create a positive working environment in which staff and teams can flourish.
Each session is shaped around your school's priorities, giving leadership teams space to reflect, strengthen relationships and develop a shared vision for a positive school culture.
What might we explore together?
Strengths-based leadership
Recognising individual and collective strengths and how these can support effective leadership and collaboration.
Trust and relationships
Exploring communication, trust and the everyday behaviours that help teams work well together.
Shared vision and values
Reflecting on the culture you want to create and how your leadership team can bring that vision to life.
Turning reflection into action
Identifying practical steps to strengthen relationships, support collaboration and embed positive leadership practices.
